At Rajah Spices, we take pride in the quality of our authentic ingredients, but if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return window for unopened food products. Please note that for safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used.

Return Process

  Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization code.

  Prepare Package

  Ensure the spices are in their original, unopened packaging and securely wrap them to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship Item

  Affix the provided return label or use a tracked shipping service to send the package back to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
